Premax Engineering’s manufacturing system is carefully monitored and controlled by the latest Redthorn Aventa production control software powered by Oracle.

Our networked system brings a high degree of flexibility and handles all major functions including enquiries, sales order, delivery, invoicing, purchasing, planning and stock control.

The system also enables us to hold and manage stocks on a kanban basis for our customers, ensuring seamless support for their lean manufacturing supply chains.

The systems inspection module includes calibration and full traceability functions compliant with the requirements of the standard Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.

With over 5 decades of experience in the engineering industry Premax Engineering Ltd have the capability to offer bespoke machining solutions catering for the most demanding industries.

Formed in 1968 and based in the heart of Birmingham, Premax Engineering offers a unique service to customers. Besides all the onsite facilities that include CNC turning, CNC milling, manual turning and milling, jig boring, universal and surface grinding plus bench work fitting and assembly.

Premax Engineering can carry out complete manufacture of most components to include processes such as heat treatment, gear cutting, surface treatments and many more through a network of suppliers built up over nearly 50 years of trading.
